I received quick answers during my stay and everyone was so friendly - right down to the men raking the sand and putting clean water pails by our doorstep. The islanders really want tourists to have a great experience and we did.

Casa Martina is one of, if not the best property on the island for a family or group of friends. Clean with all the amenities you need and two of the three bedrooms with their private bath plus another bathroom. The outdoor shower to spray off the sand was such a bonus!! What can be better than sitting on the open front porch and have a 20 meter walk to the water edge? I am already trying to figure out my next stay at Casa Martin. We were running out of water in our condo. We called a staff member & it was brought over to us quickly.

The team was helpful with providing names for the activities we wanted to try, for helping to make dinner reservations, and providing general information.

We LOVED our stay at Casa Martin. We would like to see a change in the system we used to pay. We had no problem making our initial payment, but the second was a bit difficult. We also didnt understand why we had to bring the credit card we had made the payment with since we paid in full prior to our visit. REPLY: We are happy you loved the home, thank you. Our bank makes that requirement about the credit card, but they have since rolled out a new way to pay via an online link, so our guests should see a big improvement in that. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mission Gate 2B. The condo was perfect for our needs. Large, well appointed and immaculately clean. Close to the beach, yet quiet enough to enjoy some relaxation. Would highly recommend!

Very nice and easy to check in and out

Master shower needs detailing. We did have to call housekeeping to come clean shower head. Once she left I scrubbed shower with shower bleach under kitchen sink. Tile was not as clean as I like it. Kitchen was clean . Some items could be replaced but they worked just fine. I would stay here again . Air worked great. Overall nice house. REPLY: Thank you for your kind and honest review. This was our 6th stay at Casa Cascada. The beautiful view from the pool deck and bedrooms is a big draw, as well as the feeling of privacy, even though other homes are nearby. Everything on the property functioned properly, and the home was exceptionally clean. We have rented other vacation properties on the island, but keep coming back to this one. Shanna and Tasha were responsive, knowledgeable and so nice! They take care of everything and make it look easy. Security guards were kind and helpful with anything while at the beach. Marty was great to have driving around and sharing the love he has for Roatan with us!

Its beautiful and has so much room. We loved waking up to the sounds of the waves and having coffee on the deck. The sunsets were amazing! Only two negative things- our coffee maker didnt work but was replaced in a day or so. And the toilet in one of the bathrooms didnt work. Maintenance came to fix it by putting a string to pull to flush the toilet. Not the nicest fix but it worked. REPLY: Thank you for the kind review. We had a great experience working with members of our team. They were so helpful when we needed it. So thankful for all the memories that we made on this beautiful island and friendly islanders. House was as described and anticipated: well kept, quiet area plus very comfortable.Power was lost a few times but due to island grid which is somewhat common. The pool area that is shared between ours and other homes was under repairs or construction so could not be used , is the only inconvenience we experienced. Otherwise everything about the property was well suited for our Vacation needs and a highlight of the trip to stay at. Would definitely return if possible. Every member of the team that we met was eager to make sure we were having a wonderful stay. This is the loveliest place to stay in West Bay Beach, hands down. This is my family's 4th trip to the island and we've seen many, rental homes and resorts.
