Turtle Crossing has been a staple of West Bay for many years. The homes here are true Caribbean-style homes, with hardwood floors, spacious decks and high ceilings.

Turtle Crossing is located on the south shore in West Bay and is gets the prevailing tradewinds nearly year-round. The views of these homes are of the Bay of Honduras, the Honduran mainland, and in some homes the view all the way down the southern coast of Roatan. This is a quiet area, and while it is a 10- to 15-minute walk to and from the beach, Island House has local transportation that can be arranged quickly and cheaply for guests that do not want to rent a vehicle.
