New to Island House in March of 2024!
Caribbean Breeze 7B has new owners and this unit is new to our rental pool. Our Canadian friends, Irene and Rick, have updated and upgraded their new gem and it is a beauty!
The full kitchen has been outfitted with a new refrigerator, new pots and pans and all the items you would need to prepare a fantastic meal. Guests will enjoy the full-size oven and range and a microwave rounds out the kitchen experience.
An open floor plan flows through the living room and dining room. A new 50" TV has been added to the comfortable living area and there is seating for 4 at the dining table should you want to entertain friends.
The bedroom has beautiful Honduran hardwood furniture that includes a queen bed and updated wardrobe. The owners have also supplied new towels and linens.
Caribbean Breeze is built in the Spanish Colonial style with pretty gardening and stone walkways. All of this is only 200 meters from the highly-rated white sand of West Bay Beach. What more could you ask for!
