Parrots Paradise

Parrots Paradise, the approach to this hill top retreat is through lush tropical foliage and up onto a large entry deck with sea views. Enter into an open plan home with a dining area separating the living and kitchen spaces. On the main 1st floor, the master bedroom and living room share a huge deck spanning the width of the house, facing West. The master bedroom with king size bed offers views of the sea over the tree tops. The living room includes a queen sofa bed. The kitchen is large, great for entertaining and feeding the entire family. Beyond the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer and plus a 3rd full bathroom with tub.

The 2nd floor landing is a cozy living room/den space which opens onto a shaded deck with two hammocks. The perfect spot for an afternoon nap after a day at the beach. The guest bedroom on the 2nd floor has a queen size bed and a large private deck.  A full guest bathroom is also located on this floor. 

The 3rd floor Turret bedroom has a single bed and a queen sofa sleeper. The area opens onto an open deck perfect for stargazing on clear tropical nights. 

The house is located at the very top of the hill overlooking West Bay, literally at the end of the road! Beside the house is a shaded pathway that drops down the hill to the main road behind West Bay Beach, getting you to the beach in 5 minutes.
