Just 200 meters off the beach you will encounter amazing snorkeling & diving, exploring our reefs could not be easier!
This apartment can be configured with a King bed or two twin beds and comes fully equipped with all you need. It features comfortable living and dining areas and a kitchen in an open floor plan. Enjoy the private deck with table, chairs and hammock or stroll directly onto the beach.
Large group? St. Mac's Upper has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, the Beach Apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Rent the whole house for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 persons. Enquire for availability & pricing.

The Island House team is terrific to work with. We were just disappointed with the rental and especially for the cost of an outdated room that needs a serious upgrade.

Casa Mac needs to be remodeled if you are going to charge the prices you are charging.
Would not stay there again as is. Very disappointing.

Team members were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We will be returning. Only regret is my husband forgot to tip Jannel when she dropped us off.

Our stay was wonderful. It had everything we needed. We felt very safe, thanks to security. We will be returning next year. Unfortunately, if the renovations are not complete by next March we will need to stay elsewhere however as soon as renovations are complete should price meet our financial needs we will book again with island house. Shanna was the perfect face of Island House rentals. Always ready to make our stay safe and comfortable. Checked in with us to make sure are stay was going well. Jannel was very helpful in arranging transportation for us that fit our needs. Just wished we had used her for all of our sight-seeing needs.

St Mac's Garden Apartment was an awesome beachfront unit that was the perfect size and had all the amenities for a couple. At the price we paid, we can't find anything to complain about. I understand that the unit is going to be rebuilt soon, but here are a couple things for improvement in the meantime. Since the A/C is only in the bedroom it would be nice if there was a TV in the bedroom as well. The acoustic insulation between the floors is really weak. If you have courteous upstairs neighbors, it wouldn't be an issue. We didn't (not the property's fault. Otherwise, apartment, location, staff and Roatan were all perfect. Wished we had stayed longer. REPLY: We're happy you enjoyed your stay with us and thank you for the suggestions, they have been passed along to the owner. Hopefully we can have you stay with us again!

Nice little place for 2
This apartment is not large or fancy. It is small but has a full kitchen, tv, dining table and a small porch. It's perfect for 2 people if you don't spend much time inside. We dive and are very active so the apartment doesn't need to be "fancy" for us. We liked it very much. The only complaint we have is that the living room furniture is very uncomfortable and dated. All the more reason to hang on the beach!
