Description
Luna Sea is an elegant luxury home that is situated on the western-most ridge in West Bay overlooking the south shore of Roatan, the Caribbean and the coast of mainland Honduras. Newly constructed in 2023, this home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool, a roof top terrace and is walking distance of West Bay Beach.
Guests enter the huge, custom Honduran hardwood front door and are greeted with a bright, 2-story entry accented with lush tropical plants. The first guest bedroom is immediately off to the right with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The rest of the main floor is comprised of the kitchen, dining area, and living room all together in an open floor plan design with a 10-foot ceiling. Facing the sea is a wall of windows that look onto the pool/sunning deck with views across the sea to the Honduran mainland.
The second level of Luna Sea is home to the second guest bedroom, the master bedroom and the laundry. The guest bedroom on this level offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The master suite is truly amazing with a king bed, free-standing bath tub, huge glass-walled shower and double vanity. There are floor-to-ceiling windows in the master as well as a private balcony to watch the sun rise over the Caribbean.
An exterior staircase takes guests to the epic rooftop terrace, complete with comfortable seating, hammocks, Corn Hole (bean bag toss) and endless views over the sea. This area is sure to be a favorite for any guest looking for tranquility and a beautiful breeze.
The home also boasts various Honduran hardwoods, a water purification system, high-speed internet, separate air conditioning units in each bedroom and the main living area, local cable TV, a propane stove and oven, and a back-up generator.
