Further Moor is located in Lawson Rock, a premier gated community on Roatan’s north shore.  The area is quiet and peaceful, there is 24-hour security and the amenities of West End and West Bay are only minutes away.

The entry to this beachfront home opens into a huge great room with a two-story ceiling and views of the pool, beach and sea.  There are Italian leather couches for guests to lounge away an evening together.  The living room flows into the dining and kitchen area where the table allows guests to be close to the action in the custom kitchen.  The kitchen has stainless steel GE Profile appliances, including a side-by-side fridge/freezer, double oven and a dishwasher.  There is a second fridge in the butler’s pantry, as well as a second sink and the washer and dryer.

Further Moor has 4 bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms where each bedroom has a private bath.  There is 1 bedroom downstairs and 3 more upstairs.  Also upstairs is a work/study area that looks over the living room and out to the pool deck and sea.  All bedrooms have separate air conditioners to allow custom cooling of each individual room.  There is also a landing on the second floor that has a large desk in case anyone needs to work while here.

The massive pool deck spans the back of the home.  The deck features both shaded and unshaded seating, a 10,000 gallon infinity edge swimming pool and a cook’s corner with a gas barbeque.  Steps lead down to the beach area where there are two artisanal ‘palapas’, thatch-covered shade areas in the sand.  The Lawson Rock Marina dock is only a couple minutes’ stroll away.  There guests can easily access the sea where they will find some amazing snorkeling right off the dock and throughout the reef system.
