All staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

This is about our 10th or 11th time on the island. We have stayed in West Bay Village every time. First time in Marys house and every other time in Casa Martin. No need to look anywhere else. Island House Roatan is wonderful to deal with. They easily accommodated our late check out ( and unfortunately late check in) and were available to answer all questions. There was a small issue with the air conditioner during our stay and the maintenance staff fixed it quickly that same day. We were so happy with the Island House experience that we will try to book through them for any future stays. Bliss2 is well furnished and very comfortable. Everything was clean and the unit was well stocked with essentials. Although we didnt cook much it appeared that the kitchen had everything that you needed. It is unfortunate that the roof pool is out of commission and there is no seating on the roof. The Island House team was very hospitable and accommodating, and was quick to respond to any and all requests.

Annabel is a lovely home, beautifully decorated in an island theme. The beds were comfortable, and each room was very well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and we appreciated having both indoor and outdoor dining options to enjoy our meals overlooking the Caribbean sea! The location of Annabel is fabulous -- gorgeous views from every window, and a short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of West Bay. We especially enjoyed the porch swing, and sat there often to enjoy our coffee in the morning, as well as Happy Hour in the evening! REPLY: Thank you for your kind review of Annabel. What an absolutely incredible vacation! This home exceeded all our expectations and truly felt like a slice of paradise. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the breathtaking views and the beautifully designed space. The house was immaculate, spacious, and had everything we could have possibly needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlightperfect for morning swims or unwinding in the evenings while soaking in the stunning surroundings. The location was ideal, just a short drive to the vibrant West Bay area with its beautiful beaches, restaurants, and activities, yet still peaceful and private for a serene retreat. The service we received was top-notch and completely unmatched. Tasha went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She was not only warm and friendly but also incredibly responsive and helpful. When we had a minor maintenance issue, it was resolved almost instantly. And when we needed a rental car at the last minute, Tasha worked her magic and made it happen seamlessly. Every detail of our stay felt carefully thought out, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen and amenities. Its clear the hosts take great pride in offering an exceptional experience, and it truly shows. We left feeling rejuvenated and full of gratitude for such a wonderful experience. Clear and easy instructions getting into the house

Wonderful and very comfortable home. Kitchen provided all the Kitchen items to make a great meal. Loved the multiple decks allowing the whole family a little space from each other and the close location of the pool to the house was very convenient. Will stay here during our next visit! The check in was easy as you pass right by it on the way to the home and very helpful

The view and setting is stunning making it hard to leave the porch. If you want to eat and cook at the house be sure to stop at the main grocery store in town on your way and I highly recommend a rental car for ease of getting around to check out other areas otherwise it's a bit of a hike into West Bay. The vibe of the home is great with 2 bedrooms downstairs and a loft area upstairs. Fantastic sunsets and very peaceful and quiet. Each team member who worked in the association area was very friendly and helpful.

What a treat to stay at Annabel! The home provides everything you need to be at ease, comfortable, COOL, entertained, and RELAXED. I especially enjoyed swimming in the gorgeous pool just across the street, as well as sitting in the porch swing watching local boats and cruise ships pass by during sunset. The location of Annabel makes for convenient access to the beaches, shops and dining venues in the West End area while providing a sense of privacy and quietude. I had a dreamy stay!

Great property. I would have appreciated a few more basic amenities ie) olive oil and a few spices. Otherwise perfect! REPLY: Thank you for your kind review. We have found that the majority of our guests are hesitant to use items that are "leftovers" from a previous guest so we tend to remove those after each guest stay. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have stayed at casa del sol twice, this house is well taken care of. It is in great conditions and it is perfect for our yearly family reunion. The staff is amazing and very communicative, cant wait to be back next year.

The team were very helpful when i first arrived they guided me through my process while i was in the island and they treated me with respect.

My whole family love the property, with the beautiful ocean view i whole definitely recommend this property for those who got a big family like mines.
