Shanna and Tasha were responsive, knowledgeable and so nice! They take care of everything and make it look easy. Security guards were kind and helpful with anything while at the beach. Marty was great to have driving around and sharing the love he has for Roatan with us!

Its beautiful and has so much room. We loved waking up to the sounds of the waves and having coffee on the deck. The sunsets were amazing! Only two negative things- our coffee maker didnt work but was replaced in a day or so. And the toilet in one of the bathrooms didnt work. Maintenance came to fix it by putting a string to pull to flush the toilet. Not the nicest fix but it worked. REPLY: Thank you for the kind review. We had a great experience working with members of our team. They were so helpful when we needed it. So thankful for all the memories that we made on this beautiful island and friendly islanders. House was as described and anticipated: well kept, quiet area plus very comfortable.Power was lost a few times but due to island grid which is somewhat common. The pool area that is shared between ours and other homes was under repairs or construction so could not be used , is the only inconvenience we experienced. Otherwise everything about the property was well suited for our Vacation needs and a highlight of the trip to stay at. Would definitely return if possible. Every member of the team that we met was eager to make sure we were having a wonderful stay. This is the loveliest place to stay in West Bay Beach, hands down. This is my family's 4th trip to the island and we've seen many, rental homes and resorts. Every team member was very professional and offered excellent service. They answered all our questions and made many reservations for us throughout our stay. Any issues will addressed promptly.

We love the house and the team who assisted us during our stay. The security team was very friendly and offered any assistance we needed. We didnt really like the location due to all the busy boat activity and people trying to sell us stuff.. This is own personal opinion. I know a lot of people like being so close to everything, but it was a bit too busy for us. We would definitely use Island House rentals again for a house in a quieter location. Belkis and her co-worker from the One Stop Real Estate office were very helpful with providing phone number and contacting Island House representatives. Shanna and Tasha were very courteous and helpful when they heard our story and understood our need for looking for another rental. We truly appreciated the rate offered because we were only two people in a two bedroom condo. Day and evening guards were very nice, respectful, friendly, and helpful individuals.

A condo that was clean, well equipped with working appliances, clean dishes, silverware, bathroom and bedding linens, working air conditioners... was what we were looking for and that's what we had during our stay. We also appreciated responding quickly to our request for water, and the nice and hard working cleaning lady! We did not like the bad odor that came in bathroom (under the sink), and from the outside (came in through the broken bathroom window, opening door...) Are senior citizens who need support when showering, so we suggest to place handles in the shower or a bench to prevent an accident. REPLY: We appreciate your kind, honest review.
