Everything was wonderful at the house and with staff. Tasha was so very helpful and answered all of our questions and suggested activities for us. She was a delight to work with.

Every team member was very professional and offered excellent service. They answered all our questions and made many reservations for us throughout our stay. Any issues will addressed promptly.

We love the house and the team who assisted us during our stay. The security team was very friendly and offered any assistance we needed. We didnt really like the location due to all the busy boat activity and people trying to sell us stuff.. This is own personal opinion. I know a lot of people like being so close to everything, but it was a bit too busy for us. We would definitely use Island House rentals again for a house in a quieter location. Belkis and her co-worker from the One Stop Real Estate office were very helpful with providing phone number and contacting Island House representatives. Shanna and Tasha were very courteous and helpful when they heard our story and understood our need for looking for another rental. We truly appreciated the rate offered because we were only two people in a two bedroom condo. Day and evening guards were very nice, respectful, friendly, and helpful individuals.

A condo that was clean, well equipped with working appliances, clean dishes, silverware, bathroom and bedding linens, working air conditioners... was what we were looking for and that's what we had during our stay. We also appreciated responding quickly to our request for water, and the nice and hard working cleaning lady! We did not like the bad odor that came in bathroom (under the sink), and from the outside (came in through the broken bathroom window, opening door...) Are senior citizens who need support when showering, so we suggest to place handles in the shower or a bench to prevent an accident. REPLY: We appreciate your kind, honest review. The Island House staff was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to our What's App messages.

We were a party of 3 adults and the home offered a wonderful space to gather together or spend some quality alone time sipping coffee on the large porch or at the community pool. It's a very comfortable island home, great beds, plenty of linens, comfortable couch and functional kitchen. Beautiful ocean views and the master bedroom allows you to hear the waves crashing and lulling you to sleep. Nice to have a washer and dryer downstairs so you can pack less! We arrived on the island early and were picked up from the airport and brought to the rental office until our home was ready. They were so gracious to let us leave our luggage in the office and hangout at West Bay across the street. Everything was smooth during the check-in and out process.

The house was amazing! The location was quiet next to amazing homes on the main road. The pool and patio had an amazing view and breeze. We loved sunbathing and star gazing. There were 4 adults and 5 teenagers in our party and we all had plenty of space to enjoy and read.
